1.) You must be 18 years or older to purchase these products.

2.) We provide standard USPS shipping on all orders.

3.) Orders are shipped with a delivery goal of 3-7 business days. based on delivery estimates provided by USPS and do have tracking numbers on all deliveries. This does include with the exception of back ordered items which will be shipped promptly once they arrive.

4.) We are not liable for items lost in transit, nor are we liable for items delivered to the wrong address.

5.) We have a 30 day money back guarantee on manufacturing defects only.
Usage based on defects are issued caused by mistreatment and/or misuse of products.

These are some examples of what is NOT covered under our guarantee policy:
-Batteries that show heavy wear and tear.
-Batteries that have been dropped or separated.
-Wires that have been exposed by dropping or torn open.
-Batteries or atomizers that break in the pocket, purse or bag.
-Batteries that have been dropped or exposed to water.
-Bent or dropped atomizers.

8.) All sales on E-liquids are final without exception.

9.) Customers will be responsible for return shipping unless they have received the wrong product.
